Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–4 years of experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, and managing the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Generate and monitor leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.




- Manage website content and ensure regular updates.
- Monitor SEO and SEM performance.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with creative agencies or internal designers for marketing creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
