Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil (Fresher Experience) Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level Job Summary We are hiring fresh civil engineering graduates to support our in office activities. The role involves supervising construction work, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors, and reporting project progress to senior engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities Assist in site supervision and execution of day-to-day construction activities

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth project execution

Monitor quality of materials and workmanship

Take site measurements and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs)

Assist in checking levels, layout marking, and rebar placements





Ensure safety protocols are followed at the site

Report any site issues or discrepancies to the project head

Support in basic project documentation and communication with the office team Required Skills & Qualifications B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers Welcome)

Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and drawings

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to site conditions

Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is a plus
