Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Ads & Brand Growth)

Location: J-Start Startup House, C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Preference: Local candidates from Jaipur or candidates willing to relocate will be preferred.

Office Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition through digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Identify, approach, and coordinate collaborations with business partners, distributors, retailers, corporate clients, wellness centres, spas, salons, healthcare professionals, and complementary brands to strengthen brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors for promotional campaigns.
- Assist in planning co-branded marketing campaigns, partnership promotions, product launches, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Create monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design/content team to produce engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize advertising budgets, and improve ROI using data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new digital marketing and partnership opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the company's Google Business Profile and other online listings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, lead generation, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends,



advertising platforms, social media algorithms, and emerging partnership opportunities.

Required Skills
- 1-3 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills for developing business partnerships and collaborations.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic SEO principles.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, influencer marketing, and partnership marketing.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns, social media growth, partnership initiatives, or marketing projects is preferred.
