We're seeking a Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Marketplace Advertising for E Commerce. This role requires practical expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to deliver measurable business results.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Associate at VOLUME. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other marketplace platforms. The role requires a data-driven mindset, robust analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage performance marketing campaigns while maximizing ROI and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads and other marketplace advertising campaigns to improve product visibility and sales.
- Handle monthly advertising budgets of ₹10 Lakhs or more while ensuring efficient budget utilization.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA,



CPM, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and marketing efficiency.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the website, design, and content teams to improve landing page performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, banners, videos, and promotional content.
- Research competitors, audience behaviour, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads or other marketplace advertising platforms.
- Experience managing a minimum monthly advertising budget of ₹10 Lakhs across one or more digital advertising platforms.




- Strong understanding of audience targeting campaign optimization, bidding strategies, remarketing, lookalike audiences, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or Amazon Ads will be an added advantage.
