Noa is a VC-backed, root-cause health brand changing that narrative through our proprietary care model. We are building the go-to brand for women’s metabolic health in India.

The Role

We are looking for an empathetic, confident, and growth-obsessed On-Camera Content Creator to be the face and voice of Noa. You will write, act in, and produce high-converting short-form videos (Reels, Meta Ads, UGC) that bridge empathetic storytelling with performance marketing—turning clinical health concepts into viral, revenue-generating ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities

On-Camera Talent & UGC Ads: Act, host, and present in high-converting performance ads, viral organic Reels, and clinical explanation videos.

Direct Response Scriptwriting: Write compelling, high-hook scripts engineered to lower CAC, boost ROAS, and drive direct customer acquisition.

Content Engine & Calendar: Ideate, shoot, and manage the weekly video pipeline,



maintaining high execution speed across organic and performance channels.

Data & Creative Testing: Analyze ad metrics (CTR, retention, conversion rates) alongside performance marketing teams to constantly iterate on winning hooks and creative angles.

Production & Direction: Direct and shoot raw video assets, collaborating closely with video editors to deliver polished, revenue-focused final edits.

What We Are Looking For

1–3 Years Experience writing and appearing on-camera in performance ads/UGC for D2C brands, media agencies, or personal growth channels.

Natural Camera Presence & Scripting: Charismatic, highly articulate, and skilled at turning complex health science into persuasive, relatable direct-response hooks.

Performance Mindset: Sharp understanding of paid ad mechanics, consumer psychology, social algorithms, and creative conversion metrics.
