Company Description Prorata is India’s first fractional car ownership platform. Now, you can co-own your dream car by paying as minimum as 8.33% of the total cost of the car for your leisure and lifestyle purpose.

No! It’s a no loan, no EMI, no down payment & no rent policy. With 1 car, 12 tickets are sold and 1 ticket is 8.33% of the total cost of the car, and it gives you 30 days of usage per year for 5 years.

After 5 years, the car is sold to the highest bidder and all the co-owners get the re-sale value back according to their percentage of ownership in the car. Based on your usage, you can buy up to 3 tickets for the car and it will give you more usage which is 60 days or 90 days. Accordingly, we form a group of 4-12 people in a locality (10-20km radius) interested in co-owning the same car.

Afterward, all the co-owners use our app to reserve dates whenever they need the car and we provide doorstep pickup and drop service.

Role Description The Digital Content Creator will create engaging content that educates the audience about Prorata’s car co-ownership concept and helps generate organic leads.

Key responsibilities include

Planning content and developing ideas aligned with the brand’s goals

Writing scripts for reels and other short-form videos

Managing the complete content process—from ideation and shoots to editing and publishing

Planning strategies to grow Prorata’s social media presence

Collaborating with influencers on Instagram

Researching current social media,



automobile and lifestyle trends

Working closely with the sales and operations teams to understand their requirements

Creating relevant content for different cars, cities, campaigns and business needs

Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism or a related field

Minimum 1 Year of experience in social media content creation or a similar role

Strong scriptwriting, storytelling and basic copywriting skills

Good video shooting and editing skills, especially for reels and short-form content

Comfortable using editing tools such as InShot, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar platforms

Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera

Valuable understanding of Instagram and how social media algorithms, trends and content formats work

Ability to plan content calendars and create content strategies based on brand and business goals

Ability to analyse content performance, understand what is working and improve future content accordingly

Awareness of current social media, automobile and lifestyle trends

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Ability to coordinate with influencers, designers, videographers and internal teams

Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas regularly

Basic understanding of organic lead generation through content A portfolio or examples of previously created social media content will be preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
