We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Client Servicing Executive with a strong digital agency background to manage client relationships, coordinate project execution, and ensure seamless delivery of digital marketing and website development projects.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

✅ Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams

✅ Coordinate with SEO, Website Development, Design, and Content teams to ensure timely project execution

✅ Schedule client meetings, prepare MOMs, and provide regular project updates

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and support

✅ Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met





✅ Manage multiple client accounts in a rapid-paced agency environment

✅ Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions

Requirements

✔️ 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management

✔️ Prior experience in a Digital Marketing or Web Development Agency is preferred

✔️ Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Website Development, and SEO processes

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔️ Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

✔️ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

✔️ Mumbai-based candidates only

✔️ Willing to work from the Thane office
