Employment | Immediate Purpose of the Role This role will have the responsibility for the design and development of business applications for assigned domains & functions and as the IT PMO for the associated IT Projects. The role will be collaborate with the Business Stakeholders and the IT team for the purpose of Business-IT roadmap development and execution, solution discovery, service management and stakeholder management Key Result Areas IT Adaption & Effectiveness

Ensure that Business Function stakeholders are aware of the Services and Solutions provided by IT

IT Organization Structure

Drive Availability, Effectiveness and Adaption of IT applications

Ensure Regular Review of Productive systems – Usage / Issue Resolution / Enhancements

Support adoption of solutions by the Business User Community

Drive the AI/Analytics Agenda

Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and automation across departments

Drive data governance for ensuring data quality and security for AI models

Drive development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML models

Drive measurable business outcomes through AI and analytics projects For IT applications, drive robust and scalable Solution Architecture

Align standardization of the IT Solution Architecture

Encourage reusable modular solutions.

Ensure Secure and Robust Solution platform.

Drive Projects / Solution Implementation

Ensure Project Governance/ Delivery/Communication/Sign-Off (in the role of Project Manager / Delivery Manager as applicable)

Key Point Of Contact for specific projects between the IT function and the relevant / key stakeholders in the business.

Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.

Enablement of / Alignment with Business Processes

Have a strong understanding of the Business Function’s Strategy, Objectives and Priorities

Have in-depth and end-to-end understanding of the Business Processes

Have thorough knowledge of the IT / Digital Solutions/enablers used by the Business Function





Ensure thorough understanding and alignment on the Gaps/New Requirements in IT Solutions / Enablers used by the Business Function in their operations.

Ensure that Business Function stakeholders are aware of

IT Roadmap and Key IT Priorities (aligned with Business at Organization Level and at Business Function level)

Ensure End to End IT ownership for prioritized initiatives

Work in close collaboration with Business Function for preparation and alignment of RFPS/SOW/Business Case Proposals Work in close collaboration with IT team as applicable for preparation and alignment of RFPS/SOW/Technical Evaluations/Solution Architecture Work in close collaboration with Commercial / Legal Teams for Commercial / Legal Contracts with Solution / Implementation Partners

Ensure submission/approval for Budgetary Approvals with requisite documents ( for initiatives under IT budget). For initiatives under Functional budget, obtain confirmation that necessary budget submission / approval has been completed IT Innovation / Awareness

Ensure that Business Function stakeholders are aware of the Services and Solutions provided by IT

IT Roadmap and Key IT Priorities (aligned with Business at Organization Level and at Business Function level)

Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet customer (internal and external) needs.

Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments.

Continuous evaluation of the rapidly changing IT solution platform and landscape ; ensure that the right opportunities are deployed for business benefits in the organization.

Functional/ Technical Competencies: Must have experience in Design, Development and Deployment of IT Applications

Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle





Solid Project Management / Delivery Management Skills

Design and Deployment of AI Solutions

Knowledge of design of ETL processes will be an added advantage.

Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse and Planning Applications, Supply Chain & Logistics and Sourcing Execution and Planning Solutions, Ecommerce Applications, Digital Transformation Applications / Solution Implementations

Sound Understanding of Business Processes across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics and Sourcing areas.

Bachelor in Mechanical/Production Engineering/Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science Preferred: Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage Work Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in similar assignment with a FMCG/Consumer Durables/Manufacturing company

Experience of leading/managing teams working in various IT application domains, AI & Analytics Considerations Employment Working from office in Mumbai Screening Criteria 12 to 15 years of experience in similar assignment with a FMCG/Consumer Durables/Manufacturing company

SAP Implementation Experience Experience of leading/managing teams working in various IT application domains, AI & Analytics
