Role Summary: A senior leadership role responsible for managing and scaling high-volume, global supply chain operations from Mumbai, supporting international export and import business. The role will drive operational excellence, process discipline, automation, and team performance across global supply chain functions. We are looking for a system-savvy, execution-focused leader ideally from the commodity or petrochemical sectors who can bring solid SAP expertise, digital fluency, and proven large-team leadership to this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end global supply chain operations, including order management, logistics, documentation, and delivery execution.

- Manage high-volume international export business with global stakeholder coordination.





- Lead and scale large teams (60+ members) across supply chain functions.

- Drive process discipline, SOP governance, and continuous improvement.

- Champion automation and digital transformation, including SAP, BI, RPA, and AI-driven workflows.

- Build planning capability across inventory, resource allocation, and what-if scenario simulation.

- Establish a KPI-driven performance culture (TAT, OTIF, cost, productivity, accuracy).

- Act as the key interface between the Mumbai back office and global business teams.
