Verify and classify quarries for assigned location(s) thorough due diligence
- Deft in handling complete land/ procurement activities involving Quarry Identification keeping in mind the future prospects
- Obtaining proposals from different sources
- Negotiation with land owners and middle man
- Liaison with Govt. authorities such as DGMS, Controller of explosives, Mining & Geology, Pollution control board, tahsilder, Deputy Commissioner, Asst Commissioner etc
- Put together the plan and budget activities for acquiring the quarry/reserve
- Submit periodical update on land/quarry/reserve acquisition status
- Socializing with local authorities to smoothen the acquisition process
- Obtain relevant permits and licenses related to Land/Quarry
- Maintain records and returns and send to concerned dept
- Generate preliminary reserve evaluations annually or more frequently to support company reporting and performance indicators
- Assist with technical evaluation and assessment in the office and field (geologic modeling, drilling and exploration campaign, reserves assessment, and mine planning) to management and Business Development for acquisitions, Greenfields and divestments due diligence
- Develop accurate maps and technical illustrations as needed to facilitate land related issues including agreements, zoning, and permitting.
