Job title: DevOps Tools Support Engineer

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Work mode: Remote

Location: Pune (Preferred)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days serving

Budget: 25-28 LPA

Preferred - General Bank domain experience

Must have - Experience in Administration of GitHub Enterprise Server (Handling server version upgrades + DR testing)

Experience with experience in any one or two of these tools (TeamCity, SonarQube, SonaType Nexus) be sufficient

:

Experienced DevOps Tools Support Engineer working in the banking domain, responsible for maintaining and supporting enterprise-grade on-premises DevOps tools and ensuring platform stability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

•DevOps Tool Administration & Support:

o Manage and support on-premises DevOps tools including GitHub Enterprise, TeamCity,

SonarQube, Sonatype Nexus Repository, and IQ Server.

o Perform regular tool upgrades, patching, and system maintenance to ensure reliability and performance.

o Handle user queries, issue resolution,



and operational support for development teams.

Security & Compliance:

o Conduct vulnerability management activities, including identifying, tracking, and remediating security risks across tools.

o Ensure timely updates of SSL certificates and software licenses to maintain uninterrupted services and compliance standards.

User Access Management:

o Administer user onboarding/offboarding, role assignments, and access controls across DevOps platforms.

o Provide limited user management support for JIRA Cloud, including account provisioning and access updates.

Automation & Reporting:

o Develop scripts using PowerShell to automate data extraction and generate insights from DevOps tools via APIs.

o Design and deliver interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for operational and management visibility.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

o Work closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations and process improvements.

o Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring enhancements, and efficiency improvements within DevOps toolchain support.
