Job Overview We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of DevOps Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic design , implementation, and architectural oversight of all automated solutions. With a focus on driving technical excellence , this leader will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within budget . This role is pivotal in scaling the engineering organization and driving the strategic vision for SaaS technology developments .

LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT

- Lead and scale a high-performing technical team of DevOps Engineers.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of team growth, including recruitment, onboarding, and long-term professional development.
- Provide mentorship to staff while demonstrating strategic leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultivate an environment for excellent team players and handle negotiation with senior management.
- Collaborate with senior management to align DevOps initiatives with broader business goals and budget requirements.

TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE & STRATEGY

- Architect and optimize global-scale CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust automation, testing, and deployment standards.
- Design and implement complex Kubernetes deployments and cloud-native architectures.
- Identify operational gaps and provide sophisticated automated solutions to maximize system efficiency.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex distributed environments.




- Oversee the authoring and maintenance of advanced automation scripts using Python, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and YAML.
- Manage high-availability distributed deployments across both Windows and Linux Operating Systems.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

- Must have over 12 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure capacity.
- Mastery of Cloud concepts and deep proficiency in tools such as Docker, Argo CD, and Kubernetes.
- Extensive experience with Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus Repository, and Harbor.
- Solid command of web technologies (Nginx, HA Proxy, Apache) and data technologies (Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Oracle, and PostgreSQL).
- Solid understanding of Git processes, Agile practices, and .NET/MVC development.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Red Hat Linux Administration certification is required.
- CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) and CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) are highly preferred.
- Azure Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect credentials are a distinct advantage.
