Primary Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools and practices

Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure supporting provider portal, API, and backend services

Administer and enhance Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments

Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and related automation tools

Collaborate with software engineers, QA, product managers, and operations teams to streamline software delivery

Improve deployment reliability, scalability, and platform resiliency

Implement automated build, testing, deployment, and rollback strategies

Establish monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions using Splunk and other enterprise tools

Support production deployments and incident response activities

Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and DevSecOps practices

Track and remediate infrastructure and application vulnerabilities

Develop automation scripts to eliminate repetitive operational tasks

Support disaster recovery, backup, and platform availability initiatives

Participate in release planning and environment management activities





Evaluate and adopt AI-powered engineering tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency

Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams

The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services

Experience managing Kubernetes environments, preferably AKS

Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms

Experience with Docker containers and container orchestration

Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions

Working knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting





Understanding security is best practice, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps principles

Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools such as Terraform

Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages

Demonstrated solid problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Proven effective communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Azure certifications such as:

Azure Administrator Associate

Azure Developer Associate

Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

Experience supporting healthcare platforms or regulated environments

Experience with microservices-based architecture

Experience implementing GitOps practices

Experience leveraging AI tools (GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted operations, infrastructure automation, or LLM based engineering tools) to improve software delivery and operational efficiency

Knowledge of Splunk, APM, RUM, and enterprise monitoring frameworks

Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot applications
