Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer II, you will serve as a critical bridge between our development and operations teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-performance software in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for architecting, automating, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, directly influencing the reliability and scalability of our platforms.

By collaborating closely with software engineers and product managers, you will drive the adoption of modern CI/CD practices, ensuring that our deployment pipelines are efficient, secure, and resilient. Your work will have a direct impact on our business outcomes by reducing time-to-market and enhancing the overall stability of the services our customers rely on daily.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery cycles and improve code quality across development teams.
- Manage and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker to ensure high availability and optimal resource utilization for our end-users.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible to maintain consistency and reduce manual operational overhead.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks to guarantee a seamless experience for our global customer base.




- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell to streamline routine operational tasks and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance across all cloud environments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in managing cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, with a proven ability to architect scalable and cost-effective solutions.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, utilizing Terraform to manage complex environments with precision.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Linux system administration and the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues in production environments.
- Showcase a team-oriented mindset, effectively communicating technical strategies to stakeholders and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Maintain a high degree of adaptability in our hybrid work environment in Bangalore, balancing independent problem-solving with active participation in team sprints and architectural reviews.
- Leverage Git for sophisticated version control workflows, ensuring code integrity and seamless collaboration across large engineering teams.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles.
