For more information on the company, please visit our website or LinkedIn community We are seeking an experienced DevOps PaaS Engineer / OpenShift Administrator to design, implement, automate, and manage enterprise-grade container platforms and CI/CD ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Public Cloud platforms, and DevOps automation. The role requires hands-on experience in platform administration, application deployments, security implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, maintain,



and support Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes environments.

Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and other DevOps tools.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and IaC best practices.

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure reliable and scalable platform infrastructure.

Implement deployment automation processes to support continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform, container, networking, and application-related issues.

Establish and maintain platform security, compliance, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Manage and support GitOps-based deployments using tools such as ArgoCD.

Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

Support API integrations and communication mechanisms including REST and SOAP services.

Create, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using Python, Groovy, Shell Scripting, and Jenkins Shared Libraries.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of container platforms and supporting infrastructure.

Drive infrastructure standardization and DevOps best practices across teams.

Mandatory Requirements

7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or OpenShift Administration.

Robust hands-on experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes administration.

Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Expertise in Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.

Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or OCI.

Strong scripting skills in Python, Groovy, or Shell.

Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps practices.

Knowledge of OAuth2.0, Authentication, and Authorization mechanisms.

Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
