Team: Design | Location: Bengaluru | Exp: 1-3 yrs Help build a comprehensive Design System for India's largest logistics company, powering 15+ mobile applications across our customer and operational ecosystems.
As a Junior Developer for our Design System, you will support the evolution of our shared visual language and component library. You will work closely with senior developers and designers to contribute to our source of truth, focusing on high-quality component implementation and learning the nuances of a scalable design system architecture. This role is ideal for a developer who is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, research-driven environment. What You'll Do
Contribute & Build: Assist in the implementation of our component library, design tokens, and documentation site under the guidance of senior leadership.
Support Quality: Write clean, maintainable code following established accessibility standards and participate in testing and release processes.
Collaborate: Work with the engineering team to help integrate design system components into various products and learn best practices for contribution especially for mobile applications.
Bridge Disciplines: Partner with designers to translate visual specifications into reusable, well-documented React Native components.

Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong interest in building and maintaining modular UI components.
Foundational knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on experience with React Native.
Understanding of component-driven development and interest in web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Familiarity with version control (Git) and an eagerness to learn contemporary build tools and workflows.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Experience with tokenization and building a headless design system.
A passion for creating exceptional developer experiences and building internal tools that improve engineering efficiency.
Familiarity with visual design principles and collaboration with design tools like Figma.
Strong attention to detail and an interest in mastering interaction development and micro-animations.
Eagerness to collaborate with designers to build a scalable design system from the ground up.
This person will fully own and manage design systems development cycles end to end for the React Native Codebase. Responsible for ensuring the system is scalable, highly efficient and world class.
