Key Responsibilities: End-User Support

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.

Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.

Office Infrastructure Support

Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related infrastructure equipment.

Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.

Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.

Asset Management

Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.

Project & Site Support

Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.

Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal,



and stock management.

Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements.

Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure projects.

Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.

Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.

Required

Skill sExperience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure

.Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points)

.Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control

.Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills

.Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors .
