Operate the weighbridge system to weigh all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Reporting and Documentation
Record weights and vehicle details in the system accurately.
Issue weighbridge slip and delivery documentation.
Verify documentation and check for discrepancies or unauthorized loads
Communication and Coordination
Communicate with the logistics team, drivers and dispatch staff to coordinate vehicle movements.
Supporting and maintenance
Support inventory and stock reconciliation processes as needed.
Perform regular checks and maintenance on the weighbridge equipment to ensure accuracy.
Safety and Organized
Follow all safety procedures and report any incidents or irregularities.
Positive communication skill and Record keeping ability
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. extended periods.
