Position: Desktop Support Engineer (L1)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 applications.

· Resolve basic hardware, software, email (Outlook), and network (LAN/Wi-Fi) issues.

· Install and configure recent desktops, laptops, printers, and software.

· Create and manage basic user accounts, password resets, and user onboarding/offboarding.

· Provide remote and onsite support to end users.

· Perform basic troubleshooting of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR, and coordinate with vendors for unresolved issues.

· Maintain IT asset inventory and update service tickets in the IT Helpdesk system.

· Escalate complex issues to the L2/Infrastructure team as required.





· Ensure timely resolution of support requests within defined SLAs.

Required Skills:

· Windows 10/11

· Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365

· Basic Hardware & Networking

· LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP

· Basic Active Directory knowledge

· Basic CCTV/IP Camera support

· Good communication and troubleshooting skills

Qualification

· Diploma/BCA/B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
