Logged and Tracked incidents in the ticketing system for timely resolution.
Provide solution on raised Tickets.
Delivered Remote and on-site support to end users. Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot Operating System.
Support MS Office and Outlook.
Handle user account setup, password resets, and access requests. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems Support Active Directory (user accounts, group policies, password resets) Diagnose network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) etc.
Preferred candidate profile
