Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure systems for new employees, including user accounts, email, software installations, and hardware allocation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding by managing IT assets and access rights.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and basic network infrastructure.
- Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks, software installations, and patch management.
- Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory records of desktops, laptops, accessories, and licenses.
- Provide remote support to employees across branch offices, as required.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and procurement.




- Ensure regular data backups and compliance with IT security policies.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintain service records.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
- Experience with printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of antivirus management and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with remote support tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Remote Desktop.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
