About The Role We are seeking a talented and versatile Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our books, marketing campaigns, and brand presence. This role involves designing eye-catching book covers, engaging interior layouts, and compelling marketing materials for launch campaigns.

Additionally, the Designer will contribute to the visual evolution of IWF and its imprints, ensuring consistency and originality across all visual assets. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about books and visual storytelling, eager to see their work on shelves and in digital spaces. The position requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards.

Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects across brand, print, and social media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva and other print layout tools.

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret client needs into compelling visual designs.

Passion for books and reading, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.





Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Create captivating book covers and interior layouts for a diverse range of genres including mythology, literary fiction, and romance.

Design marketing materials such as Instagram creatives, ad visuals, carousels, and lead-magnet ebooks to support book launches and campaigns.

Develop and maintain the visual identity of Ink Without Footprints and its imprints, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.

Prepare client-facing pitch decks and proposals that reflect a premium and professional aesthetic.

Collaborate closely with authors, editors, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.

Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Provide constructive feedback and iterate designs based on team and client input to achieve the best possible outcomes.
