Contract

Delhi/Hyderabad Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, application, and operating system issues.

Install, configure, and support network printers, multifunction devices (MFDs), and local printers.

Manage print queues, print servers, printer drivers, and print-related incidents.

Troubleshoot printer connectivity, paper jams, toner issues, print quality, and scanning problems.

Configure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network settings for printers.

Perform desktop imaging, software deployment, OS upgrades, and patch management.

Support Microsoft Office 365 applications, Outlook,



Teams, and collaboration tools.

Manage user accounts, password resets, and group memberships using Active Directory.

Support VPN connectivity and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

Maintain asset inventory for desktops, laptops, and printers.

Create and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.

Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services.

Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, SLAs, and security policies.
