Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to develop new packaging formats and print solutions
- Evaluate die-lines, substrates, and finishing options for production feasibility
- Oversee mock-up/sample creation and manage client approvals
- Maintain NPD trackers and ensure timely execution of development milestones
- Collaborate with design, production, and QA teams for seamless handover

Candidate Profile:

- 3–6 years of experience in NPD within offset printing or packaging
- Solid understanding of mono cartons, inserts, and rigid box construction
- Familiarity with materials, die-line creation, and finishing processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Role Summary: We are hiring a detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Prepress Executive to manage artwork adaptation, preflight checks, and print-ready file creation for offset packaging jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adapt and finalize artwork for mono cartons, inserts, and labels
- Perform preflight checks: bleed, trapping, font embedding, resolution, and color profiles
- Generate print-ready PDFs and coordinate with clients for approvals
- Maintain artwork libraries, job cards, and version control
- Liaise with production and NPD teams for seamless execution

Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and prepress for offset printing
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Knowledge of Pantone color standards and repro techniques
- Strong attention to detail and file management discipline
