We are hiring for one of our reputed MNC client based in Navi Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience.

Qualification: B.Arch.

:

- Lead and manage the architectural design management process from pre-construction through construction, ensuring alignment with project requirements, design intent, cost, schedule, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, architects, consultants, contractors, Client representatives, and other stakeholders to achieve project design objectives.
- Review and coordinate Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC/GFC drawings, specifications, and other design deliverables.
- Review and comment on submitted GFC/IFC drawings and ensure timely closure of design comments.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, ELV, fire & life safety, and other consultants to resolve design interfaces and coordination issues.
- Lead BIM/Revit-based design coordination, ensuring architectural models and drawings are properly coordinated with other disciplines.
- Review BIM models for design clashes, constructability, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with BIM teams and consultants to ensure timely development, review, and updating of Revit models and BIM deliverables.
- Participate in design studies, material reviews, technical recommendations, constructability assessments, and cost-related evaluations.
- Lead the mock-up, material, sample, finishes, look-and-feel, and design approval processes in coordination with the Client and consultants.




- Manage design and submittal processes during pre-construction and construction stages, ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
- Establish and monitor appropriate Design QA/QC processes for all architectural deliverables.
- Schedule, conduct, and document design, OwnerArchitect, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Prepare and maintain design submission, review, approval, RFI, design change, and coordination matrices.
- Coordinate daily with internal stakeholders and project teams to resolve design-related issues and ensure uninterrupted project progress.
- Monitor design deliverables against the project schedule and identify potential delays, risks, and interface issues.
- Prepare and contribute to monthly design MIS and project reports, including design progress, submissions, approvals, RFIs, pending decisions, and critical issues.
- Support the construction team by ensuring timely availability of approved drawings, models, specifications, and other design information.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve architectural design and construction-related issues.
- Identify design gaps and recommend appropriate design improvements, alternatives, and value-engineering opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of design decisions, approvals, comments, and action items.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
