Moori Interiors is an Interior and Product design studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Role & Responsibilities This is a full time, on-site role for a Design Head, based in Bangalore, India. Lead end-to-end design for luxury residential projects (villas, penthouses, HNI homes) and F&B; spaces (restaurants, lounges, cafes)

Build the India design team hire, mentor, and grow a team of 3-5 designers in Year 1

Acquire and manage relationships with HNI clients and F&B; brand owners in Bangalore and South India

Translate Moori's Dubai design language into the Indian context while maintaining brand standards

Own project delivery timelines, vendor coordination, site execution oversight

Present concepts and pitches to prospective clients; represent Moori at industry events Preferred candidate profile

- 8–12 years in interior design with a strong portfolio in luxury residential AND F&B;
- Proven experience managing a design team (3+ people)
- Track record of independently acquiring or growing a high-end client base
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray (or equivalent)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
