About The Role We are seeking a Design Engineer (System Design) to lead the development of air conditioning and heat pump systems, focusing on system performance, control logic, and product reliability.
This role plays a key part in new product development (NPD), ensuring system design meets performance, cost, and project timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop HVAC, air conditioning, and heat pump systems
- Define and manage system architecture and control logic specifications
- Conduct system performance analysis and validation
- Support cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives
- Develop and execute test plans and lab validation activities
- Manage project schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams
- Contribute to team capability development and knowledge sharing
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC / air conditioning / heat pump system design
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, and control logic
- Experience in system design, testing, and validation
- Valuable project coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Able to travel/work abroad (1-2 months)
