About The Role We are seeking experienced Design & Development Engineers to join our team in the capacities of Mechanical Design and Electronics Design. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products from concept to production. Candidates with expertise in either Mechanical or Electronics Design are encouraged to apply, as the position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to product development, validation, and enhancement processes.

The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and efficient solutions that meet market and customer requirements.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in design and development functions is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong foundation in their respective fields, with practical knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Experience in product development, engineering documentation, and working with cross-disciplinary teams will be advantageous.

Responsibilities The responsibilities for this role vary based on the specialization but generally include:



Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

Develop detailed technical drawings, models, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.

Collaborate with the electronics team to integrate hardware and firmware solutions effectively.

Design electronic hardware, prepare schematics, and develop embedded firmware/software as needed.

Support PCB development, hardware-software integration, and debugging activities.

Coordinate with the Electronics Lab for prototype development, testing, and validation.

Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and troubleshooting to ensure product reliability and performance.

Maintain accurate engineering documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development process.
