Role & responsibilities

- Design coordination for high-rise residential/commercial buildings from site.

- Review and coordination of structural drawings (RCC & Composite Structures).

- Interface with Clients, PMC, Architects, and Structural Consultants to resolve design-related issues.

- Ensure timely closure of design comments, RFIs, and discrepancies.

- Coordinate between site execution teams and design consultants to ensure constructability.

- Review shop drawings, method statements, and design deliverables.

- Monitor design compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

- Support value engineering and design optimization from site perspective.

Technical Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of Composite Structures and High-Rise Building Design.





- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

- Working knowledge of Revit (Structure) preferred.

- Ability to interpret structural calculations and drawings.

- Familiarity with construction sequencing and site constraints.

Soft Skills:

- Robust coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

- Problem-solving mindset with site-oriented design approach.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech Structures preferred).

- Prior experience in design coordination from site for large-scale projects.
