Role Description The Design Assistant (Whitefield) will support the interior design team in developing and executing residential design projects. This full-time, on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves assisting with concept development, preparing layouts and presentations, coordinating with vendors, and helping manage project documentation. Day-to-day tasks include gathering client requirements, updating design boards, supporting CAD and graphic work, and ensuring samples and materials are organized.

The Design





Assistant will also interact with clients in the showroom or on-site, provide basic design guidance under supervision, and help ensure that project timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to assist in creating layouts, mood boards, and design concepts.

Candidates should possess Graphic Design skills to prepare visual presentations, design boards, and marketing materials for projects.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field are beneficial.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic MS Office skills is an advantage.

Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused workplace are preferred.
