Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Industrial Design, or related field
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Designer to support the design and development of cutting-edge eyewear products. The role involves creating detailed design drawings,
coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 2D/3D CAD models and create technical, part, and manufacturing drawings.
- Apply GD&T; standards to ensure accuracy and manufacturability.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for drawing updates, approvals, and
release.
- Assist in design reviews, prototyping, and feasibility studies.
- Maintain accurate design data and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo/SolidWorks.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T; and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a creative and technical mindset.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in eyewear, consumer products, or precision plastic/metal components.
