Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and standards of nursing practice.

- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Develop and implement effective training programs for nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff members.

- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in patient care services.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience as a Nursing Superintendent/Deputy Nursing Superintendent (DNS) or equivalent role.

- B.Sc Nursing degree with MS/M.Sc(Science) preferred; registration with relevant skilled bodies such as Indian Nursing Council (INC), State Nursing Council, etc. required.

- Proven track record of excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
