1)Assist Project Construction in establishing project objectives, procedures , data collection methods, and performance standards.
1. manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification , to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties.
2. identify and deploy the technical skills sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required.
3. prepare scheduled or necessary updates of construction activities and determine personnel and equipment requirements.
4. create and administer testing protocols for monitoring project performance.
6)inform supervisors & subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes,
and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
1. oversee budgetary , scheduling, & project databased and report regularly to department head on progress as well as on problems that could significantly affect cost or schedule.
2. manage compliance of construction activities with engineering standard and specifications.
9)Ensure that designated buildings, plants and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support/ solutions when required. 10)Valuable Knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint , Auto CAD, PFD and P&ID; preparation and review.
1. Develop and control the project plan lifecycle.
