Duties and Responsibilities
- Support field through troubleshooting on the system.
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
- Monthly hold clearance.
- Process Analysis & sharing of best practices with the team.
- Coordinate with Sales & ensure mechanisms are in place for processing files within the desired TAT.
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
- Liasoning with functional team - Operations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Support field through troubleshooting on the system.
