Programme Trainer

Role: School Ecosystem Development Trainer | 4 Vacancies
Location: Delhi NCR | On-site and travel-intensive
Background: Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Learning & Development, Counselling, Education or related fields
Experience: Minimum 5 years | Applicants must be above 27 years of age
Compensation: 60,000 - 75,000 per month
About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced, grounded facilitators who want to take meaningful developmental work into schools not as motivational speakers, but as professionals capable of shaping how young people understand themselves, relate to others and navigate real-life challenges. You will deliver Conscious Futures structured School Ecosystem Development Programme across participating schools and work closely with students from Grades 8 to 12 through experiential activities, reflective exercises and psychologically informed learning processes.

What You’ll Own
- Deliver structured programme sessions across assigned schools, grades and student groups
- Facilitate experiential activities,
reflective exercises and age-appropriate developmental processes for Grades 8 to 12
- Create a safe, respectful and participative environment while maintaining clear professional boundaries
- Observe student engagement, group dynamics, behavioural patterns and emerging developmental needs
- Document session observations, participation trends, concerns and programme developments in the prescribed format
- Maintain consistency in programme language, methodology, exercises and intended learning outcomes
- Adapt delivery to the age group and classroom context without diluting the programme framework
- Coordinate closely with the Senior Trainer & Programme Supervisor on planning, observations and follow-up requirements
- Work professionally with school leaders, counsellors, educators and programme coordinators
- Participate in supervision meetings, trainer briefings, delivery reviews and programme calibration sessions
- Support assessments, feedback collection and outcome documentation wherever required
- Follow all child-safeguarding, confidentiality, ethical and escalation protocols
- Travel across Delhi NCR according to school schedules and the programme calendar

You’re a Strong Fit If
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Psychology, Behavioural Therapy, Counselling, Education, Training & Facilitation
- You have an educational background in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Human Development, Education or a related discipline
- You have facilitated workshops, group sessions or developmental programmes; prior work with adolescents or schools is strongly preferred
- You are warm, composed, observant and able to build rapport without losing professional boundaries
- You can manage groups and sensitive classroom situations with discretion and sound judgement
- You communicate confidently in spoken and written English
- You are based in Delhi NCR and comfortable travelling extensively across the region
- Female candidates are preferred
