- Achieve assigned enrolment and order intake goals through effective counselling and follow-ups.

- Generate enquiries using multiple BTL activities, including employment exchanges, job drives, and college connects.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to generate a database of eligible candidates.

- Conduct extensive telephone calling to convert prospects into walk-ins and deliver presentations explaining course benefits.

- Expand outreach by adding new locations every month and travel extensively within and outside the assigned territory for outreach and lead generation activities.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the micro-market within the assigned territory, including understanding local ecosystems and third-party employers.

- Share complete and accurate course information with candidates and ensure the admission process is compliant and followed correctly, admitting only eligible candidates who qualify through the defined process.

- Ensure timely and accurate system updates and maintain daily activity reports,



supporting batch occupancy and batch launches through effective enrolment planning.

Job Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, counselling, admissions, education sales, or BTL activities.

- Possess strong sales acumen with a target-driven mindset, goal-oriented and result-focused, high level of customer focus, and excellent communication, counselling, and influencing skills.

- Demonstrate the ability to engage and interact confidently with strangers, self-motivated, energetic, and proactive, with strong integrity and ethical conduct.

- Have good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Exhibit robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
