About the Position

Nirantara is looking for motivated and talented candidate for Managerial position in ESG & Sustainability to join our growing technical team. This role will be the front line for the Nirantara technical Team. A dynamic persona, she/he will go out and meet the clients to give an understanding about Nirantara s products and services in ESG & Sustainability. Also, handle the technical team as well as projects.

Responsibilities

To ensure that a management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the international standards.

Develop and implement organization s strategy and policy relating to ESG services.

Coordinate the preparation of ESG reports, ensuring accurate and timely disclosure of relevant information.

Stay informed about evolving ESG reporting frameworks and standards such as BRSR, GRI, TCFD etc.

To ensure that continual improvement is going on after implementing the system.

Identify, evaluate,



and implement innovative technologies that improve environmental performance and sustainability across product lifecycles.

Lead research and development initiatives for sustainable products, integrating eco-design, circular economy principles, and cleaner technologies.

To handle the turnkey projects in water and wastewater for sectors.

Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and technology providers for knowledge exchange and joint innovation.

To conduct the analysis of customer feedback and to identify the customer satisfaction level.

Correspondence/liaison with customers for obtaining feedback and analyzing customer feedback (complaints, if any) to plan and initiate corrective & preventive actions.

To verify and review technical records and reports.

What we are looking for

Ph.D. Environment Science/Engineering or in relevant field with 2+ years of Experience.

B.Sc./M.Sc. Environment Science/Engineering or in relevant field with 5+ years of Experience. SUSTAINABILITY SUSTAINING
