Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Executive with robust expertise in Labor and Statutory Compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable labor laws, maintaining statutory records, handling contractor compliance under CLRA, managing claim settlements, and coordinating challan generation and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle end-to-end Labor Compliance activities across the organization.
- Manage compliance related to: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act
- Administer and monitor compliance under the Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA).
- Coordinate contractor documentation, license verification, and statutory audits
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and consultants when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, Law, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Labor & Statutory Compliance.
- Experience working with multiple sites/vendors/contractors will be preferred.
