Supplier Development & Management: Build and strengthen relationships with suppliers by identifying new sources, improving supplier quality, conducting audits, and ensuring they meet company standards for reliability, cost, and performance.

Cost Optimization & Value Contribution: Drive cost reduction initiatives through negotiations, alternae sourcing, and value engineering, ensuring competitive procurement without compromising quality.

Change & Compliance Management: Oversee implementation of Engineering Change Notes (ECN) with suppliers, ensuring alignment of processes, documentation, and timely execution of changes.

Procurement & Material Flow: Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders, supplier coordination, and n-time material availability to support smooth production and delivery schedules.

CrossFunctional Coordination: Collaborate with production, engineering, stores, and logistics teams to align material planning with operational requirements and customer commitments.

Inventory & Resource Control: Monitor raw material (RM) inventory levels, conduct stock evaluations, and ensure optimal balance between cost efficiency and uninterrupted supply.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:



Provide accurate reporting of purchase function performance, including weekly/monthly MIS, supplier capacity utilization, and compliance with key procurement metrics

Recent Product Development Support: Contribute to prototype and new product development by ensuring suppliers are prepared with required capacity, quality, and process readiness.

Supplier Capacity Planning: Assess and align supplier capacity with forecasted business requirements to avoid bottlenecks and ensure scalability.

Continuous Supplier Engagement: Conduct periodic supplier visits and audits to monitor performance, guide improvements, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Technical concepts of lean supply chain

Knowledge of ISO 9001-2008 and EHS

Bachelor's- Mechanical / Production Engineering

Preferred MBA/Post graduation in Materials Management

Good level of English, Marathi and Hindi (Verbal and written)

Proficient with MS office/PPT

SAP related work as,Creation of supplier& material master, &

configuration of BOM along with engineering

- Supplier PO, supplier rating, delivery scheduling/MRP
