? We're Hiring | Deputy Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

Are you passionate about financial analysis, business partnering, and driving data-driven decisions? Join our Finance team and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis.

Position: Deputy Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

Location: Corporate Office - Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and consolidate annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Perform Budget vs. Actual variance analysis across all P&L; line items.

Drive monthly financial reporting and support Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings.

Present key financial performance indicators and actionable business insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct profitability analysis across brands, products, and business segments.

Ensure data integrity through ERP-based reporting, reconciliation, and validation.

Support finance process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis on revenue, COGS, selling & distribution expenses, margins,



and profitability to support business decisions.

What We're Looking For

Qualification

MBA (Finance)

Inter CA / Inter CMA

Qualified CA/CMA will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Budgeting, Forecasting, Data Analysis, and Management Reporting.

Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverage, Distillery, or Process Industry will be preferred.

Technical Skills

Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, dashboards, financial analysis).

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Good presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Exposure to Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will be an added advantage.
