Job Title: Deputy Manager Maintenance D2

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication)

Location: Ranjangaon

Industry: Plastic Moulding Manufacturing and Assembly.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor MTTR /MTBF / preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Robots, PLCs, VFDs, Servo Motors, Vision Systems (Keyence), and automated production lines.
- Ensure smooth operation of assembly automation equipment, ultrasonic/vibration welding machines, conveyors, compressors, DG sets, chillers, and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot pneumatic and electrical systems to minimize machine downtime.
- Manage critical spares inventory and drive spare cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), Why-Why analysis,



and implement corrective actions for recurring breakdowns.
- Identify and implement cost-saving, reliability improvement, and automation enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.
