Position: Asst Manager / Deputy Manager (P2P) Work Location: Ahmednagar Educational Qualification (Either Diploma with 2-7 year’s experience or BE/B Tech with 2-5 years of experience) Specialization : Mechanical / Supply chain, SAP MM Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance) Responsible for procurement and planning of material to support the production as per schedule. Planning of material as per M1 and M2 schedule
Responsible for daily receipt (OTIF-On Time delivery In Full) of material/subassemblies as per plan, dealing with vendors for supply and availability of machine, tools, RM, components as per plan to support monthly production.
Responsible for DWM related activities, co-ordination with Shop floor supervisor and vendor. To take up kaizen projects and ensure continuous improvements. Responsible for establishing key initiatives at Vendor-end i.e 5S, Lean etc. Improve VQR/SQIP
