Job Description – Land Acquisition & Liaison

Experience Required: 5-8 year

- Identification and finalization of suitable land parcels as per company requirements through aggregators, brokers, or directly from landowners.

- Conduct land surveying, measurement, and demarcation.

- Negotiate with landowners for purchase or lease agreements(If Required)

- Execution of sale/lease deeds and registration at the Sub-Registrar Office.

- Mutation of land and recording company name on 7/12 extracts.

- Carry out title search and verification from Talathi, Tehsil, online Portal, and Registration Offices.

- Obtain NA (Non-Agricultural) conversion and other necessary permits/approvals.

- Liaison with government/revenue offices – Talathi, Tehsil, SDO, Town Planning, DILR, Collector, etc.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, farmers, and agents at the primary level.

- Supervise land development and preparation for project use.

- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all land transactions.

- Resolve land disputes and ownership issues.

- Ensure compliance with land-use regulations and statutory requirements.
