We are seeking a dynamic and analytical finance professional to drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), MIS, Business Analytics, Strategic Finance, and Finance Transformation initiatives across the organization. The role requires converting financial data into actionable business insights, enhancing reporting excellence, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving automation and process improvements.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment with exposure to Real Estate, Hospitality, and diversified business businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
- Develop financial models for investments, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Perform profitability, cash flow, and sensitivity analysis.
- Present periodic management reports to leadership.

MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Design KPI dashboards and management reporting frameworks.
- Standardize reporting across business verticals.
- Drive MIS automation and process efficiency initiatives.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Review reconciliations and assist in finalization of financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

IND AS & Technical Accounting

- Support IND AS implementation and compliance.
- Analyze accounting implications of complex transactions.
- Prepare technical accounting notes and position papers.




- Assist in adopting new accounting and regulatory requirements.

ERP Implementation & Finance Transformation

- Participate in ERP implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Define finance process requirements and work closely with IT teams.
- Ensure successful finance process integration within ERP systems.
- Drive digitization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support UAT, financial controls testing, and report validation.

Corporate Restructuring & Strategic Projects

- Support mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and restructuring activities.
- Assist in financial due diligence and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with legal, secretarial, tax, and audit teams.
- Prepare financial information for schemes of arrangement and regulatory filings.

Business Analytics

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Perform forecasting, predictive analysis, and scenario planning.
- Build dashboards and business intelligence reports.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Process Improvement & Internal Controls

- Strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Develop and implement finance SOPs and best practices.
- Identify automation opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Improve finance processes and reporting systems.

Stakeholder Management





- Collaborate with Accounts, Projects, Sales, Procurement, Operations, HR, Legal, and Hospitality teams.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely collection, validation, and reporting of business information.

Experience

- Exposure to IND AS, corporate restructuring, mergers/demergers, or complex accounting assignments will be an added advantage.
