Key Responsibilities

- Digital Transformation
- Support the execution of the organization's digital transformation roadmap and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and process automation.
- Assist in identifying and implementing emerging technologies such as AI, automation, analytics, and cloud-based solutions.

- Customer Experience
- Work with business and technology teams to enhance digital customer journeys across channels.
- Analyze customer feedback and process data to recommend improvements that drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Innovation & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital innovation.
- Support change management activities, including user adoption, training, and communication for new digital initiatives.

- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital projects.
- Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, solution discussions, and UAT activities.
- Performance & Governance
- Track project milestones, KPIs,



and digital adoption metrics.
- Ensure initiatives comply with organizational policies, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and risk logs.

Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in digital transformation, business transformation, product management, business analysis, or technology-driven initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on digital or process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, analytics, and digital platforms.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
