Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling to generate interest and qualify potential leads.

Execute outbound email campaigns to engage prospective clients and event participants.

Run and manage outreach campaigns using different communication channels.

Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

Update lead details and activity status in CRM or tracking sheets.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.

Maintain accurate records of daily outreach activities and campaign performance.

Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in any discipline.

Previous internship experience in any field is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident in speaking with clients over phone and email.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
