Company: Realtekh Software Services Pvt Ltd Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – US IT Staffing to lead end-to-end delivery operations for our US staffing business. This leadership role is responsible for driving delivery excellence, managing high-performing recruitment teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Delivery Management Lead end-to-end delivery across Direct Clients, MSP, VMS, and System Integrator accounts.

Ensure timely, high-quality candidate submissions while meeting delivery SLAs.

Improve key delivery metrics, including submission quality, interview conversions, offer acceptance, and consultant onboarding.

Standardize delivery processes and drive operational excellence.

Team Leadership

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 15–40 recruiters and delivery professionals.

Drive performance management, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and team engagement.

Foster a high-performance, customer-focused delivery culture. Client & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, MSP program managers, and procurement teams.

Participate in client reviews, resolve escalations, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support account growth.

Delivery Operations

Monitor recruiter productivity, delivery dashboards, and SLA compliance.

Forecast hiring demand and optimize resource allocation.

Drive process improvements through automation and best practices.

Minimum 6 years in Delivery Management or Delivery Leadership.

Proven experience managing teams of 15+ recruiters.

Experience supporting enterprise clients, Fortune 500 organizations, GCCs, or System Integrators.

Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
