The Delivery Group Manager will be responsible for overseeing a global team of over 100 engineering professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse team of engineering professionals across multiple geographical locations.

Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to foster a productive work environment.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance.

Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

Manage Server, Storage & Networking OEM customers

Mandatory Skills

Proven project management skills with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.





Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills

Experience in managing large-scale engineering projects.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

Understanding of budget management and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
