We are looking for an experienced Global Delivery Head to lead our Delivery team, drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and scale affiliate revenue across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire Delivery Team across multiple business verticals and geographies.
- Define and execute the overall delivery strategy to maximize revenue, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and develop Delivery Managers, Team Leaders, and Affiliate Managers to create a high-performance culture.
- Own overall delivery KPIs, including revenue, campaign fulfillment, publisher growth, traffic quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Develop scalable processes, SOPs, and performance frameworks for the Delivery organization.
- Drive publisher acquisition strategies and strengthen relationships with premium publishers, agencies, media buyers, and strategic partners globally.
- Monitor business performance through dashboards, MIS reports, forecasting, and data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure advertiser compliance, fraud prevention, traffic quality, and adherence to global industry standards.
- Identify new growth opportunities in CPA, CPS, CPL, and emerging performance marketing models.
- Optimize resource allocation, team productivity, and operational efficiency across all delivery functions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions,
and succession planning for team members.
- Represent the Delivery function in leadership meetings and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated with global affiliate marketing trends, emerging technologies, AI-driven optimization, and competitive market developments.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience leading large delivery, operations, or affiliate teams.
- Proven experience managing multiple Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, and Revenue Share business models.
- Hands-on knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, including Awin, Partnerize, Impact, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and business reporting.
- Excellent leadership, people management, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to scale operations and drive business growth.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing global affiliate marketing operations across the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and MENA markets.
- Strong network of publishers, advertisers, agencies, and affiliate partners.
