Work mode: Office-Hybrid Requirements : Has run an offshore engagement of 80-100 people end to end as the single point of accountability, not a workstream lead inside a bigger program
Infrastructure and platform background (VMware/VCF migration, SRE, MS365, data engineering, AI projects/Palantir). Doesn't need to be hands on but must be able to hold their own in a technical review
Comfortable running staff augmentation and outcome-based delivery side by side,
as HGS business model
Solid people manager for distributed and multiple time zones including US hours with night shift on call
Runs staffing and replacements tightly. We have contractual time to fill and replacement commitments, so they need to live in the numbers daily with you or anyone from your team.
Credible one to one with senior client stakeholders. Three different SVP level owners on the client side
Disciplined on reporting. Weekly, monthly, quarterly rhythm with the client, and they should spot problems before the client does
Has been measured on real SLAs with consequences, not just activity reporting
Understands security and compliance in practice. US client, background checks, access controls, audits
